Panelized Kits

Our panelized home kits come in wood or light-gauge steel. Steel kits ship anywhere in the country, and wood kits ship across the West. Check the map to see what’s available where you’re building.
Every kit is built in our Cedar City shop, numbered, and stacked so it goes up in order on site. Each one is engineered for its location, including local codes and wind, snow, and seismic loads.
In our core states, our crew can set your kit for you. Everywhere else, it ships with detailed instructions so you or your builder can take it from there.
