Every home on this page started on our shop floor. Some arrived as panelized kits and went up in a few days. Others showed up as finished modules and got craned onto their foundation. Take a look at the panelized and modular homes we’ve built for families, ranchers, and whole communities, and picture what yours could look like.
Modular Homes
Our modular homes are built indoors in our factories in Utah and Idaho with our sister company, Mountain Valley Prefab. That means no weather delays and a steady build schedule. Every modular plan comes four ways: Panelized Kit, Framed Module, Modular Shell, or Complete Modular. Complete modular homes are available in Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
Panelized Homes
Our panelized homes start as wall and roof panels framed and sheathed in ZIP System in our Cedar City, Utah shop. Each panel is numbered and stacked so it goes up in order on site. Kits come in wood or light-gauge steel, are engineered for your location, and arrive ready for your crew. In our core states, our crew can set it for you.
