Gallatin II

The Gallatin is available in Utah, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming through our sister company, Mountain Valley Prefab. Head there for current pricing, spec sheets and the 2-bedroom Gallatin II.

Gallatin II

620 Sq Ft |  2 Bed | 1 Bath

The Gallatin II takes everything we love about the Gallatin and adds a second bedroom. That gives you 620 square feet with room for the whole crew.
First, the open living area flows right into the kitchenette. It’s the perfect spot to gather, or to kick back after a long day outside. Plus, big windows bring in natural light and frame the views, so the whole place feels even bigger.
Inside, you’ll find:

  • An open living area
  • A kitchenette
  • Two bedrooms
  • A full bathroom

Use it as your own personal getaway, or build a whole boutique resort around it. Its modern, Scandinavian-inspired look and efficient footprint make it a great fit for resorts, glamping spots, and getaway properties. That way, you can fit more cabins on your land without skimping on the guest experience.

So whether it’s one cabin or twenty, the Gallatin II is ready for its close-up. 🌲

Factory-controlled building means fewer delays, fewer surprises, and fewer cost overruns. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting, when you’re getting it.

Faster ROI:

The faster your buildings go up, the sooner you start earning. Our streamlined system helps developers, resorts, and housing projects achieve a quicker return on investment.
