The Zion floor plan is designed for flexibility, privacy, and the ability to do more with a single property. With a clean, modern exterior and a thoughtfully divided layout, this home offers a unique approach to everyday living.
The primary residence features an open-concept main living area where the kitchen, dining, and living spaces come together in a comfortable and functional flow. At the same time, the bedrooms are positioned to create a sense of separation, giving the home a balanced feel between shared space and private retreat.
What truly sets the Zion apart, however, is the integrated accessory dwelling unit. Fully equipped with its own bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living space, the ADU creates a completely independent living area. Because of this, the design is ideal for multi-generational living, long-term guests, or rental income opportunities, all while maintaining privacy between spaces.
In addition, the layout allows both living areas to feel intentional rather than secondary, making the entire home feel cohesive and well thought out.

Project Highlight:

Southern Utah

Matt and Alexis chose the Zion floor plan to create a home that supports both their present lifestyle and their future plans. With their dog Luna always needing space to run and dreams of growing their family, they wanted a home with room to expand and a yard where Luna could play. The Zion was the perfect fit because it includes an integrated ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), allowing them to rent out part of their home while still maintaining their own private living space. By choosing a design that offers two separate dwellings under one roof, Matt and Alexis can generate rental income to help offset their mortgage while enjoying a comfortable home built for their future needs.
