SIZE: Studio + sleeping loft. 282 sq ft + 100 sq ft loft. Great for lodges, motels, ADU's, etc.
SHIPPING LOCATION: From our factory in Utah, we currently only ship to the Western USA and Western Canada. We are exploring opening another location in the Eastern USA. We will know more definitely about this location in the near future. To keep costs as low as possible, our shipping radius is roughly 750 miles from Cedar City, UT 84720. Factor $4 per mile for the shell kit and $3 per mile for the finish kit.
WHAT WE SELL: There are different options depending on your specific project. Which category best describes you?
LAND DEVELOPERS / MULTI-UNIT PROJECTS: We offer a few different options:
1. We sell you the Kit home. You are the GC on the project.
2. We work with your GC to help on the entire project from start to finish.
3. We can act as the Construction Manager or GC on your project. If you are buying 10+ units, we will customize the floor plans to fit your specific project lots, needs, etc.
CONTRACTORS & BUILDERS: Look at the option of partnering with us. We can send you qualified leads and you can use our system to build faster and with much less stress. It's a win-win for everyone. Check out this video to learn more:
HOMEBUYER: It is important to remember that we are not contractors and cannot give you a bid to build your home start to finish. We sell exact floor plans and building materials packaged as a Kit.
To get an idea of the cost of a completed home, you need to either hire a local general contractor to get you a complete bid, or if you are acting as an owner-builder, you need to get bids from local sub-contractors to determine complete price.
CUSTOMIZATION: We get many requests to customize floor plans. However, as a manufacturer, customization does not work well with our production process. The only customization we make is mirror image changes, meaning the house can be as shown on the website or a mirror image. You can customize the look of the home by not purchasing the siding option or interior finish kit and customize the look of the home however you want. We send you all the structural components of the home and you personalize the look and feel of the home to fit your style!
HERE IS WHERE YOU START:
Step 1: You purchase the complete set of plans with stamped structural engineering, concrete and foundation plans, energy analysis, MEP plans, etc. This is a complete submittal packet to obtain a building permit, construction loan and to get bids from local contractors to determine the cost of your completed home. We can also help you get in contact with a local builder to get a turn-key bid.
